Forgotten Harvest: 2023 National Impact Day of Service

On November 11, 2023, our Great Lakes Links Chapter members committed to serving our community through Forgotten Harvest, a Metro Detroit organization dedicated to relieving hunger and preventing nutritious food waste. This community service effort was part of The Links, Incorporated 2023 National Impact Day of Service, mobilizing Links members across the country to participate in acts of service to our community.

Our Great Lakes Links Chapter members sorted and processes 9,000 pounds of food, enough to serve 9,000 families in Metro Detroit.
